Dispatch Times                           

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail and the tracking information will be available within 48 hours in the email.


Shipping Time & Cost:                    

We use Royal Mail Tracked® services for all orders. See live tracking information via the Royal Mail link in your dispatch email. 

Delivery times outlined below are an estimate provided by Royal Mail and offer no guarantee of delivery within a set period. Customer understands that by purchasing postal services via POCHYPAW that we are not responsible for delivery and shipping delays.

International Customs Tax & Fees                

By placing an order with POCHYPAW, you accept full responsibility for any local import taxes and fees. Please check with your local customs authority regarding import sales taxes and/or local customs duty taxes and fees before placing any orders with us.

Your local customs authority will likely notify you once your order reaches your country and customs and sales tax may be applied and paid by you before you receive your goods. Any customs delay or charges that may occur is beyond our control.

Shipping Delays                               

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping or customs. Please consult the tracking information in your dispatch email or contact your country customs authority. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels                 

In the event your parcel has not arrived or arrived damaged, you must contact Royal Mail to make a claim. Always retain your proof of postage and for damaged items retain all packaging materials for evidence of the damage in case they require an inspection. 

We cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. Once a parcel is with the delivery carrier it is their responsibility to uphold their service agreement By purchasing with POCHYPAW you agree to these conditions. 

CANCELLATION 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email info@pochypaw.com,

whilst we will make every effort to help, we regret that we cannot cancel your order if this has already processed for dispatch and you will be required to return the item at your cost. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can issue you a full refunds including any postage paid. Refunds will be made automatically to the original payment method.

After dispatched, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, Normally within 7-10 business days

RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 Day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. the 14th day can be the day it's posted back (please get proof of postage) and we will allow for any postal and courier delays. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it

Non-returnable items                                          

We do not offer returns or refunds on Custom / Pre-ordered items such as private special orders , pre-ordered apparel as these are made to order items. Final sale/ seconds & Sample items are NON-returnable, the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable
